  • Signed by the Governor.

  • Requires HMOs who offer Chiropractic benefits to give reasonable consideration to affiliation applications from Doctors of Chiropractic.
    
    

• AB 316 (Epple)

  • Signed by the Governor.

  • Established the operating conditions for Chiropractic group advertising and referral services.
